Dove
Every
September, hunters descend on south Texas
for a right of passage……dove season! The 777 Ranch is fortunate
to take part in this by providing a gathering place for
wingshooters new and old. Groups come from near and far to
partake in this yearly event…..enjoying great food, good
shooting, and old friends.
Hunts are
conducted over sunflowers, as well as over milo and corn
fields. All hunts are guided.
South Zone Regular Season is
September 18 - November 3, 2009 and December 26 -
January 17, 2010.
Special White-winged Dove Area
Note: The dates are distinct from the
rest of the South Zone
Special Season (Legal
shooting hours are from noon to sunset) on
September 5-6 and September 12-13, 2009
