Occupancy Rates include:

Meals and lodging

Beverages, refreshments, and snacks


Professional guide

Transportation to/from the hunting fields

Field dressing & cold storage of game

Bass Fishing

 

Occupancy Rates Do Not include:

Trophy fees for game taken or wounded


Ammunition


Hunting Licenses


Skinning, caping, shipping, and taxidermy


Gratuities and taxes

 

Deposits:

Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 100% of total daily fees

 


Some hunts/trips may require larger deposits

 


Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation letter will be sent to you.

 

Final Payment:

All balances are required to be paid in full upon departure. A convenience fee will be applied to the final bill if paying with a credit card at check out; the fee is 3.5%. We accept checks, cash (U.S. dollars only), cashier checks, traveler’s cheques, money orders, or credit/debit cards. Wire transfers are accepted as final payment if the funds are transferred before departure. NSF fee is $25 for any returned check.

 

Cancellation Policy:

All deposits are non-refundable. A minimum of 30 days written notice must be given for cancellations and rescheduling. Any cancellations before 30 days of the trip must be rescheduled within one year. Cancellations less than 30 days before the scheduled trip must be rescheduled within 3 months, after that, deposits are forfeited. Due to the unique nature of the bookings at the 777 Ranch, all no-shows will be billed in full. Please have stand-ins available. You are responsible for the dates reserved for you. If you leave early, you still pay for all days reserved on schedule.
